No Worry Home is an annual preventative home maintenance program – we come to your house four times per year, take care of the maintenance of all of your key appliances and systems, do a full inspection (inside and outside), and handle your most important seasonal household tasks. Outside GC is a team of former senior in-house lawyers who act as "on-demand" in-house counsel for our clients. Many of our clients are earlier stage or smaller companies with no in-house lawyer that have lots of legal work but aren't ready to hire their own captive attorney. We also work with many larger companies as "overflow" counsel to supplement the work of the in-house team. In general, we don't replace our clients' main outside law firms; instead, we handle the day-to-day work (customer, partner and vendor agreements, employee issues, contracts, leases, etc.) at about 1/3 of what the big law firms charge for lawyers with equivalent years of experience. Essentially, we offer smaller companies all of the benefits of having their own in-house lawyer without having to pay for one, and we offer big companies a great way to add capacity to the in-house team without adding headcount.Specialties: We have clients across all industries, but have especially strong domain expertise in information technology (software, hardware, internet, mobile, tech services), life sciences (biotech, pharma, health tech) and digital/new media.
