I handle data entry, compilation, literature reviews, and case studies while supervising junior Research Assistants to ensure consistency.I've managed a data team of over seven members, implementing efficient Excel-related processes. I collaborated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the National University of Singapore to enhance research techniques and streamline data collection through RemarkOMR.Additionally, I introduced SOPs that improved communication and efficiency among the data team, fieldwork team, and researchers from the Ministry of Social and Family Development and the National Council of Social Services.In specialized projects, I simplified a complex coding system, analyzed the impact of disciplinary measures on 86 youths, and evaluated the effectiveness of 200+ social programs for offenders.As a future engineer, I believe in interdisciplinary collaboration. My role at EPYC strengthens my ability to work across disciplines and contribute to meaningful change. I contributed to the Enhancing Positive Outcomes in Youth and the Community (EPYC) project, collaborating with researchers from both the Translational Social Research Division and the NUS Social Service Research Centre.EPYC is a comprehensive 10-wave longitudinal study focusing on three cohorts of youth offenders and their families in Singapore. This study seeks to understand risk and protective factors, the developmental trajectories of youth offenders, and the processes that lead to successful reintegration into society. Recognizing the pivotal roles of families and immediate communities in rehabilitation and reintegration efforts, we placed special emphasis on these aspects.I was subsequently promoted to a Student Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, continuing my work within the same EPYC project. During the 2 years, I led my team and we collaborated with Good News Cafe, ITE College West Culinary School, National Cancer Foundation.
 Our beneficiaries include Fei Yue Senior Activity Centre, National Cancer Foundation and seniors from various Community Centres.
 ITE College West pledged to continue to engage these elderly.
