Reporting to the CEO, responsible for all financial aspects of the company including accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer billing, inventory, payroll, cash management, risk management, budgeting and all financial and regulatory reporting. In addition to the finance duties, responsible for the following operational organizations: (1) Carrier Relations (2) Information Technology(3) Procurement and Supply Chain.

Responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial operations of the company including financial reporting, regulatory reporting and compliance, cash management, receivables and payables management, end user and carrier billing, payroll, risk management, budgeting, inventory and warehousing, and quality assurance.

Responsible for the finance and accounting operations of the company identical to those mentioned above in current position.

Managed multiple third party logistics providers (3PL’s) in every aspect of their distribution relationship with Sprint. Logistics receives, warehouses, provisions, and ships all handsets, accessories, literature/collateral, and service parts.• Managed annual inventory throughput of $4 billion, an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million, contract negotiation and maintenance, and service level compliance.• Acted as the liaison between the 3PL’s and Sprint to implement new business initiatives into operations in a cost efficient manner while maintaining or improving the customer experience.• Led the design, implementation, and management of a Vendor Managed Inventory program with a major handset supplier resulting in a $35 million reduction in inventory.

Managed the strategic development, negotiations, implementations, partner relations, vendor relations, and ongoing operational and financial management of the company’s domestic and international roaming operations. In addition, responsibilities included network construction/expansion, integration and performance compliance for the company’s affiliate program.• Led a business unit, with full profit and loss responsibility that successfully interconnected with approximately 200 partners and vendors worldwide and generated in excess of $300 million in annual revenues and $100 million in profits.• Staffed, trained and managed 50 professionals responsible for operations, partner/vendor relations, financial management, marketing support and complex project management. Transitioned from start-up to fully operational business unit.
