Jon is the Founder and Managing Director of Lychee Group and has been leading Lychee Group China in Shanghai since 2009.Jon brings over 17 years of success in the strategic planning, creation, organization, marketing and sponsorship/exhibition sales of pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences business-to-business conferences. In 1999, he joined Strategic Research Institute, a leading New York-based conference company. During his tenure there he personally organized over 75 successful life sciences conferences and managed a production, sales and marketing team in charge of over 40 events annually. As Managing Director, Jon led the company’s global expansion into China, conceiving and launching the "IMPACT CHINA: Pharmaceutical Global R&D" series, which was the first ever Western-organized conference covering China's life sciences industry in 2005. 

Since founding Lychee, Jon has helped launch some of the highest profile business-to-business healthcare events in China including “China Healthcare Investment Conference (CHIC),” “ChinaTrials: Global Clinical Development Summit,” "China Medical Affairs Summit," and “Asia Healthcare CEO Meeting by OrbiMed.” Jon received his B.S. in Marketing from the New York University Stern School of Business.Specialties: market research, relationship building, marketing, sponsorship sales, conceiving new conference topics, organization and execution of conferences and events, life sciences industry in US and China
