Securd couples a worldwide DNS infrastructure with customer defined policies and software clients to protect endpoints from malware and phishing. Following Liquidware’s purchase of Entrigue Systems, I transitioned into a new role with the organization focused on ProfileUnity architecture and optimization of cloud infrastructure. Led 7-10 technical professionals in customer support and ProfileUnity product development. As company grew to 80 employees, role expanded to include strategic collaboration with the CTO in development of product roadmap, oversight of development for ProfileUnity and Flex-IO, branding and marketing, sales engineering, partner and internal training, current and future product R&D.Highlights of My Achievements Include:► Grew revenue by $17M, with ProfileUnity product accounting for ~50% of revenue. Received acknowledgement for ProfileUnity’s innovative design and performance through numerous high-profile industry awards and recognitions.► Key player in architectural design and market introduction of Flex-IO a “read and write” IOPS accelerator for non-persistent VDI.

In 2000, I founded this full service IT solutions boutique consulting firm providing professional services spanning IT strategy vision and training services as well as network design and solution development to mid and large size businesses. Led up to 10 contractors in a diversity of projects valued up to $250K encompassing database design, software development, Microsoft domain design, client workstation rollout, TCP/IP network design, Cisco router and firewall configuration, server optimization, and security. Oversaw all operational aspects of the business including, defining and executing business strategy, sales and business development and financial management. Applied engineering expertise to identify a gap in the market, leading to development of ProfileUnity, a Windows profile management solution. Highlights of My Achievements Include:► Positioned Entrigue to reach exponential revenue growth by innovating and developing a high profile enterprise Windows profile management software, ProfileUnity, which was the key driver for Entrigue’s acquisition by Liquidware in 2009. ► Spearheaded 2-year infrastructure redesign for a large non-profit organization. Implemented new servers, a modern Cisco network, and refreshed desktops. Designed Extranet portal communicating with 3rd party business management software and a POS solution enabling virtual payments.

Designed and implemented a fault-tolerant, push-polling solution for the point-of-sale system. Reduced costs and staff requirements by converting manual data-entry tasks to web-centric distributed-entry applications. Increased performance and reliability of eight business-critical hosted web sites by converting to UNIX and Apache.

Designed and implemented enterprise class TCP/IP network connecting 16 corporate locations. Converted mail system from CCMail to Microsoft Exchange. Built server farm consisting of 18 HP servers. Migrated legacy apps running on AIX to newer Y2K compliant AIX platform. Performed all aspects of system design, integration, and deployment. Pioneered mass desktop rollout solution based on bootable cd-rom disks that cut deployment time from 2 hours to 15 minutes per desktop.
