Working in a small team environment at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division developing various multi-platform tools used for ship/submarine/tank design and modeling and simulation. These tools interface with commercial off-the-shelf engineering software such as Computational Fluid Dynamics, Finite Element Analysis, and ship concept design tools. The software is built using open source frameworks such as Visualization Toolkit (VTK), Qt, and Boost, and uses Visual Studio, GCC, and Intel C++ compilers.

Assisted in the design and upkeep of a large pneumatic controls system using Automated Logic controls software (WebCTRL), for a confidential client in central VA.Designed a ethernet, pneumatic, and electronics controls framework using Building Information Modeling (BIM) in AutoCAD ME. Created and modified BMP designs in AutoCAD for the US State Department, Arlington National Cemetery, and other government sites for similar water treatment/management solutions. Worked in the field at Indian Head Military Base, MD collection outfall locations for later analysis and reduction.
