Specialist, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Current- Support in developing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on all areas of DEI focus including workforce, workplace, grantmaking, and outreach & education.- Serve as project manager for employee resource groups.- Write and maintain ERG governing guidelines/policies. - Provide coaching, support, and technical assistance to ERG leaders.- Assist ERGs in program development and organizing relevant socio-cultural activities/events.- Create and manage tools to track and measure ERG success/impact.- Develop and distribute DEI communications and resources.- Collaborate with recruitment and grants teams to implement inclusive hiring and grantmaking practices
