• Produce strategic client service level agreement reporting package, consisting of company measures from different aspects of their relationship (i.e. phones, operations, client relationship, etc)

• Multiple roles; 1) support users on Mainframe related issues; 2) translate and upload conversion data from prior record keepers to Fidelity systems using SAS created jobs; 3) run queries and update the production.
• Troubleshoot Mainframe transactions and processes for all segments of the business
• Familiarity with using TSO, ISPF, File Aid, JCL, COBOL, SAS, or SQL
• Translate and upload data from prior record keepers for new plans selecting Fidelity Investments as their record keeper for their retirement plan.
