Jon was brought on to enable growth and increase presence in new markets by building the GTM strategy for Payroll, HR and PEO. He led a nationwide salesforce of account managers and sales leaders. They focused on enabling customers to manage operations with innovative, purpose built solutions for the service industry. Jon's division achieved record growth from his efforts with a 23.3% YOY revenue increase.

Jon successfully took on a senior selling role for this PEO product and over achieved all unit and revenue metrics.

Jon served as Payroll Division Manager for southern California and the state of Arizona. Jon's responsibilities included hiring, training and retaining top sales and leadership talent. Starting from a team of one, Jon grew this team to just shy of $900k in profit his final year.

Jon was in charge of scaling the organization by finding their next top talent for the Sales, Service and Business Development team. During his time with the company, his sales organization scaled the merchant count more than 3x.

As a District Sales Manager for Paychex, Jon enjoyed hiring, training and advancing sales professionals in their career at Paychex. He was honored by his team helping him achieve conference status multiple times. Prior to leaving Paychex, his team was ranked as high as #2 in the nation out of 159 teams.

Jon's career in sales at Paychex was a successful endeavor. He was honored with the title of Rookie of the Year for both units and revenue for the entire company. He continued to sell at a "Circle" level achievement status until his promotion into sales management.
