Sciens was a USD 5 Billion global asset manager specialising in Managed Accounts, Fund of Hedge Funds and Private Equity. I was responsible for the European compliance covering 35 employees in London and Guernsey and four regulated firms. In addition I delivered a fully AIFMD compliant solution for the business in Ireland, and set up a full scope AIFMD regulated manager in the UK.

Responsible for the operational areas of the company with key responsibility for Finance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Fund Governance, Marketing, Investor Relations and Compliance (CF10/CF11).Fund reached USD 400 Million at its peak including a Sovereign Wealth Fund, large Canadian Pension fund, along with a highly reputed American family office. Four different funds including platforms, managed accounts, and leveraged versions.
