Global Settlements and Custody OperationsLead global team responsible for cross product clearing and settlement in DTC, FED, ICSD (Clearstream & Euroclear) and 28 local non-US markets, custody operations group including Asset Transfers, Mutual Fund, Money Fund, Physical Vault processing, and white glove client service support for Middle Markets Custody and Prime Brokerage business units.

- Collaborate with traders, salespeople, and middle office team members in the booking, matching, settling, and reconciliation of a multitude of high-value investment products in all international markets.- Focus primarily on communicating with external brokers and sales team members to match and settle trades in Euroclear, Clearstream, and local markets in across the globe. - Heavily involved in depository reconciliation including resolving breaks and instructing cross-border realignments- Directly involved with upper-management in overall growth strategy of the back-office infrastructure with the goal of supporting the firm's rapid international expansion

- Liaise with clients, front office, and client services representatives in the booking, processing and settling of high value equity and fixed income trades in international markets including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Venezuela.- Process payments to international financial institutions and other firms in excess of $20 Million on a daily basis.- Facilitate foreign exchange transactions in excess of $20 Million daily with currencies including: BRL, COP, CLP, MXN, and PEN.

- Interacted with team members in all facets of the mortgage lending business in Wilmington, NC, Dallas, TX, and Savannah, GA.- Attended more than 15 networking events to build relationships and future sales with developers, builders, and real estate professionals.- Led a team of 16 members to complete a project and present to area executives in Savannah, GA
