Originally started up WW's Financial Operations Search practice in NYC in 2000. Eventually selected to help formalize and start an Executive Search practice based in MA where my focus was broadened and included Executive level searches within most corporate functional areas from C-level through SVP/VP. My primary goals were building strong business relationships across a variety of industries/sectors and delivering outstanding results. I partnered with clients as both an advisor and talent management/acquisition expert. My industry depth was most prevalent in Technology (SaaS, Enterprise Software, FinTech, E-commerce, AdTech, etc), Retail/CPG, Business Services, Financial Services and Entertainment/Media.

I was recruited by this startup, E-commerce stock-based loyatly rewards company to help set up its HR/Recruiting operations. OWNx was subsequently bought/merged with StockPower in early 2000 and its headquarters moved from Newton, MA to San Francisco, CA. Once the merger went through, I transitioned into a Business Development/Outside Sales role. Eventually I returned to WinterWyman to start up its NYC recruiting practice.
