Designed and deployed custom Salesforce data analytics application for a nationally recognized nonprofit focused on ending demand for trafficked persons. Created relational data model, custom objects, page layouts, Lightning record pages, rollup summaries, Process Builder processes, Visual Flow automation, and reports / dashboards in order to provide deep and actionable insights into transactional data in the Salesforce instance. Results: The custom application enables segmentation of the nonprofit's audience, targeted outreach campaigns, and more relevant / tailored interaction with constituents based on segment. This segmentation enables the nonprofit to reach the audience with great precision, yielding better results.

Developed and implemented e-Learning strategy to increase the scale and reach of training initiatives at Shared Hope. The e-Learning program educates first responders, health care professionals and service providers on domestic minor sex trafficking (DMST), with an emphasis on how to identify, appropriately respond to, and serve victims. I owned strategy development and execution end-to-end, including selection of an LMS (Learning Management System), selection of software for course authoring and webinar administration, integration of the LMS with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, integration with e-Commerce for course sales, and strategy for marketing/promotion of e-Learning courses.In addition to expanding the capacity of Shared Hope training initiatives, the new e-Learning program also helps Shared Hope understand their constituents' DMST education and program involvement, so that additional training and program invitations can be optimally recommended and offered in the future.
