Engaging the end user, using imagination, strategy and action to create digital experiences that excite, inspire, challenge and motivate.Currently I’m managing a fantastic team of designers, accessibility specialists and front-end developers for Alvaria Software formerly Aspect Software. My team of UX/UI designers and I are responsible for this function since it’s inception in 2012.I find it very rewarding producing complex products that are easy to use, visually compelling and low on cognitive load so our users can quickly adapt when scaling or transitioning to other products within the product portfolio.As a UX professional I love working with teams to deliver best of breed applications. As a guardian of our design language which delivers a unified experience across our product portfolio. It’s also important to have fun, bring along the people you work with and help mentor and give folks the guidance to be successful within their career.I’ve been a key player in driving our design language and user experience within the company to create a suite of software products for the cloud that were once a collection of different rich client desktop products.Thanks for taking the time to read my profile.
