Worked closely with Ontario's nine Indigenous post-secondary education and training Institutions and subject-matter experts from across the ministry through a collaborative co-creation process. This process resulted in the development and November 2017 introduction of the Indigenous Institutes Act, 2017.
Supported the Deputy Minister across the full breadth of ministry activities including the budgeting process, cabinet submissions, and operations, liaising between the Deputy Minister, minister’s office, senior ministry officials, and central agencies. Managed a Deputy Minister's Office team of nine staff.

Presented findings to senior Ontario Ministry of Housing officials. Developed sessions for ONPHA's annual conference and provided policy updates at regional meetings to association members.

Working closely with Mowat Centre associates and external partners, developed research, analysis and publications advancing Ontario solutions to Canada’s most pressing public policy problems. As Project Lead for the Mowat Centre Employment Insurance (EI) Task Force, coordinated delivery of a non-governmental EI program review co-chaired by Roy Romanow and Ratna Omidvar. Designed and implemented a consultation with key income security stakeholders conducted online and in five Ontario communities. Led drafting of the final report and co-edited a volume of academic research with Dr. Keith Banting.
