- Led Expedia Group’s CRM platform (focus on content & design experiences) that spanned all brands, focused on marketing and transactional customer communications (email, sms, push, in app) powered by AI and machine learning throughout the entire traveler journey- Expedia Group’s CRM platform was highlighted by the CEO in the Wall Street Earnings call for Q4 2021 - Responsible for a platform with 500M users that generates $1B in annual GBV for Expedia Group- Led a company wide design system integration for email customer communication experiences between UX, engineering and product - Previously at Egencia (Expedia's corporate travel brand), was the founding product manager of a new $5M global ancillary products (insurance, WiFi, parking, lounge access, parking, duty of care) line of business called “Egencia Advantage”, on web and app that delights business travelers throughout their trip- Led global product for Homepage ensuring top of funnel optimization in search and advertising for a $600M business for 10M B2B users
