As a young boy, my dream was to play ball for the Yankees. I practiced nearly every day, recruited my dad and my friends to help, and even got a job working at Yankee stadium selling hot dogs and beer just to be close to it. Practice, perseverance, and creativity were early drivers for me.As I matured and saw the odds of making it to the big leagues, I quickly realized I needed a backup plan, but held firm to my conviction that you must have big dreams.My success has been through pure grit.
