🧹 “It’s not coming off…” I thought to myself as I scrubbed a newly formed concrete retaining wall with chemicals and a broom meant to remove concrete stains.🔄 Pivoting, changing, adapting, and transforming didn’t start with chemicals and a broom, however it was a pivotal moment in my life; one that led me from working as a licensed realtor, to owning a training company, to being a landscaper, then a software engineer, and now a product manager.💻 Working as a frontend engineer for a SASS company and two e-commerce companies helped me chip away the parts of my purpose and passion which turned me into the next evolution of my contribution as a product manager. 🎯 Helping people succeed by planning, optimizing for efficiency in communication and collaboration, using logic and problem-solving to address complex problem statements, leading teams through decision-making, learning, mentoring, and supporting - I thrive on helping people and organizations reach their highest potential and loftiest goals. 🚵 🏃‍♂️☕ When I’m not working I’m riding (mountain biking), running, or just plain relaxing with a smooth cup of coffee or espresso.
