Current- Provide leadership and support to 100+ plant employees and three regional construction divisions in South Carolina.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints to maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational strategies.
- Oversee HR functions including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Conduct data analysis to identify organizational trends and drive informed decision-making.
