A member of the Tube Lines IT Leadership Team and accountable for the delivery of mobility and digital asset management across the business and also accountable for the day-to-day management and compliance of all IT projects and IT governance within Tube Lines.Key achievements and responsibilities:• Defined mobility strategy aligned to Tube Lines business requirements and corporate IT strategy• Implemented a cost effective, supportable, maintainable and fully scalable mobility solution based on Apple iOS with full corporate connectivity aligned to strategy and rolled out to in excess of 1200 mobile workers• Accountable for the creation of a robust application strategy and roadmap for mobile devices• Led development of in house Enterprise iOS applications that interface with Microsoft SharePoint to deliver efficiencies and workflow improvements to the mobile workforce, which have been rolled out to every Tube Lines mobile device.• Accountable for defining and approving the Digital Asset Management strategy aligned to the Tube Lines business requirements and corporate IT strategy• Accountable for implementation of industry leading technologies to create a cohesive end-to-end user driven Digital Asset Management solution• Accountable for ensuring projects and programmes deliver to time, quality and cost• Accountable interface for ensuring all projects are successfully transitioned into Operational support• Accountable for defining, developing and implementing methodology and approach for large programmes• Accountable for project budget management and financial compliance across the IT projects portfolio• Accountable for an online business intelligence solution for all areas of the IT service to provide detailed visibility of the IT service management provision• Accountable for the delivery and management of a paperless and reportable PMO function with fully automated project review and approvals mechanism and real-time performance dashboards.

As well as a focus on delivering a wide range of IT and business centric projects with an emphasis on time, quality and cost, during my time as Project Manager I have led the restructuring of the Programme Management Office governance and reporting. This has led to the function becoming more transparent and target-driven with a defined purpose and methodology. I have been instrumental in the introduction of ground-breaking technologies (such as Apple’s iOS platform) to the corporate environment which will be fundamental to the future success of Tube Lines IT and its capacity to meet the demands of the end user in a secure and supportable way.Key Achievements:• Developed Tube Lines’ mobile working strategy and subsequently developed and delivered solution, based on Apple iPhones and iPads, with full corporate network connectivity to be scaled up to approximately 1000 mobile workers.• Project managed delivery of SharePoint 2010 upgrade and migration of corporate intranet to the new platform.• Scoped, designed and delivered implementation of IT reporting tool using SharePoint to provide customer-facing real time dashboards for all IT service areas that can be accessed anywhere, including from mobile devices.• Project managed implementation of new SAN and successful migration of 15TB of user data.• Defined and implemented a project pipeline and governance model which captures risk, issues and project dependencies to help drive stakeholder expectation and prioritisation. • Delivered a number of work streams in an Enterprise 2.0 technology refresh programme acknowledged by Microsoft as a first in Europe, including full desktop rollout to a user base of 2500+ employees across 100 locations. • Responsible for managing IT resources including time and delivery against multiple IT projects and providing an escalation path to project managers and service delivery teams.

Managed busy Facilities helpdesk team, delivering increased call pickup rates with a reduced headcount. I also managed and renegotiated a variety of corporate soft service contracts with a combined budget of approximately £750k.
