The solutions addressed several areas such as the cost to serve the client, resource capability matching and advancement potential, resource client data protection tracking, and diversity efforts.Designed analytical applications for a national supply chain optimization and intelligence corporation to deliver robust supply chain savings initiatives, utilizing Qlik to capture complex client, multi-carrier, and rate data in an easy-to-use interface. The app was so effective that it became a revenue generating product as a self-service tool for their clients. Created analytical applications and implemented upgrades for one of the largest Qlik Sense environments, containing over 60 nodes (servers) across three continents; Asia, North America, and Europe. The applications offered near real-time solutions with millions of records flowing continually and was fed by a data lake that utilized an HBASE source. Collaborated with the CEO in successfully providing one of the country’s largest home security companies, the ability to consolidate all facets of business operations into an easy-to-use analytical tool. Created and implemented monthly 60-page automated decks that are emailed to corporate executives of a national wood supplier. The Qlik Sense sourced deck was an extensive corporate scorecard that provided national, regional, and metropolitan metrics.

Spearheaded and deployed company business analytics strategy, through research, design, data technology, business intelligence tools, and highly evolved reporting processes. Introduced analytic solutions and offered administrative and operational solutions to clients in sectors such as banking, technology, IOT, retail, credentialing, health sciences, Telco, nonprofits, and more.Some key achievements include:Managed the implementation of a robust and scalable web-based platform for a high-stakes credentialling client that offered on-demand access to assessment analytics. The platform simplified complex statistical measures into an easy-to-use product that helped the client to improve their customer’s test scores. The platform is now utilized as a basis to compete with new vendors entering the market. Built scorecard analytics for national health, wellness, and fitness company to enable aggressive national growth targets, which encompassed the integration of marketing, sales, location performance, and customer profile KPIs.Implemented new Marketing Analytics hub for one of the largest Enterprise Backup & Recovery corporations in the country. The hub optimized the return on investment in their marketing pipeline and campaigns and focused the channel leaders marketing efforts and budget.Pioneered self-service analytical capabilities for an industrial machinery manufacturer. The customer did not have a dedicated in-house business intelligence support and needed a simplified data store that would allow for their managers to develop their own analytics.

Championed departmental solutions that outlined Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions and offered a path to solid competitive advantages for company’s use of information, and utilization of BI tools. Built a talented BI team focused on the integration of analytics, BI development, database and data warehouse development, and the creation of a visual information design.Some key achievements include:Designed and executed a robust development process that delivered fast, accurate, and consistent reporting of complex metrics, to support internal and external customers. Introduced scalable and flexible data warehouse initiatives utilizing Kimball design experts and employed new toolsets to deliver and secure project goals. Devised performance scorecard solutions in collaboration with executive team which drove significant corporate growth. The scorecards provided supporting performance indicators that enabled leadership to meet quarterly, and annual targets. Defined and delivered essential information, reporting, and analytical requirements through QlikView, and SSRS. Cooperated with executive team to define business needs, KPIs, to develop practical solutions to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and improve efficiency across enterprise.

Re-engineered the Company’s BI framework, resulting in an increase of BI adoption from 10% to 80% of corporate users. Increased adoption resulted in corporate performance improvements such as a 20% increase in workforce productivity through dashboard motivators. Increased demand also brought about the implementation of real-time analytics through our mobile BI platform. We externalized these capabiities to our partners through our BI Partner Portal. Our BI implementation was so successful that we were chosen as the first customer for Qliktech’s customer showcase series.

Implemented Business Objects in a SaaS (Software as a Service) Infrastructure. I designed the operational, strategic, and executive BI applications and dashboards to drive the analytical function behind RazorSight’s products.
