Investools is TD Ameritrade's Investor Education GroupLed team of ~100 associates to:- Create vision for free and for-fee investor education product for Investools and TD Ameritrade clients- Oversee instructional design of investor education curriculum - Oversee instructional technology and architecture development- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure business and client success HIGHLIGHTS- Completely redesigned and relaunched for-fee curriculum in 18 months- Redesigned learning model, aligning it with adult learning best practices- Revamped student support model to better support learners and make service more reliable and scalable- Repackaged and repriced curriculum to make more modular, lower-entry-price offerings- Revamped free investor education offering on TD Ameritrade client site to create more transparent and intuitive learning paths * In 2011 Corporate Insight certified that the Investools / TDA investor education offering was the "most comprehensive investor education available."

Academic technology strategic planning and coordination.- Articulated & implemented enterprise academic technology strategy for the University- Served as a liaison between the Academic VP and the CIO to establish a unified vision, strategy, and budget for enterprise academic technology- Coordinate with colleges and departments in the annual resource planning process and throughout the year to align local technology initiatives with enterprise strategy- Interfaced with enterprise learning technology vendors, coordinating between procurement, IT, academic units, and faculty members to ensure effective, integrated technology implementations - Oversaw operations of BYU's Testing Center (which administers ~600k exams / year and returning ~2 million hours of instruction time to the classroom)- Established web-services oriented, disaggregated learning environment vision (which has now evolved into the BYU Learning Suite).

Oversaw team of ~35 full-time and ~200 student employees with annual budget of $4 million to:- Develop and maintain university portfolio of ~300 university-level independent study courses- Partner with colleges, departments and faculty members to articulate learning technology strategies then implement support the implementation of those strategies with learning technology projects- Served as ad hoc member of University Curriculum Council- Provided enterprise product and project management support for enterprise learning technology, including the university learning management system and related integrations

Managed team of 10 instructional designers who served as learning and technology consultants to departments and colleges across campus.

Served as a learning and technology consultant to the College of Family Home and Social Sciences, helping college and department leadership articulate learning with technology strategies, supported by technology supported learning development projects.
