About Jon Mott, Phd

As the founder and CEO of Aspire Ability, I have over five years of experience in helping companies develop the new talent they need through competency-based learning solutions. My mission is to help people aspire to more than they thought possible and achieve their career goals.I am also a former member of the Digital Credentials Executive Board at IMS Global Learning Consortium, where I contributed to the advancement of digital credential standards and policies. Previously, I was the Chief Learning Officer at Learning Objects, a Cengage business unit, where I led the design and launch of innovative learning platforms and offerings, such as Open Now and ed2go.
