Areas of responsibility include maintaining the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for U.S. and Canada along with various contracts, ensure all aspects of the candidate onboarding processes are adhered to, ensure the business and the franchisees follow their agreements and state law, issue default and other formal notices, terminate franchisees, collect from terminated franchisees, and handle litigation matters for the business. I ensure the business is PCI Compliant, handle data management and retention, and identify and implement best practices. I manage and continuously enhance several home-grown Applications the business uses that I developed. I also effectively manage other highly skilled individuals that include business reporting, compliance, collections, cash management, application development, contract renewals, monthly close reporting, and journal/data entry.
