Currently I’m positioned as an online psychologist at iPractice, where I help people get grip on their mental struggles and feel better. We use a variety of therapeutic techniques from interventions like CBT, ACT, schematherapy, exposure techniques, imaginary rescripting and more. In my internship I gained expertise in Therapeutic Assessment (TA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for the most part. I finalized my courses and thesis in the academic year 2021-2022 at Utrecht university. For my thesis I focused on the mediating effects of neuroticism on the relationship between nature exposure and working memory. I graduated from my Bachelor’s in science at Erasmus University. My main interests lies in the fields of neuropsychology and neuroscience, medical psychology and clinical psychology. Next to this I have finished a (sports)nutritionist studies at Civas, which fueled my interest in the holistic approach of mind, body and lifestyle. I would love to pursue new challenges in the field of neuro-, sports- and medical psychology as well as combining lifestyle factors within clinical practice.
