- Experience in overall HR- and People & Culture-responcibility as a senior manager- Experience of labor law issues, rehabilitation, negotiations and systematic work environment projects- Experience in Change Mangement and Cultural Organizational changingFor the past 15 years I have worked with people and organizations in development and change, mainly in management positions but also as a consultant.The common denominator in my work has always been people and the relationship between human and efficient organizations. This is one of the most important keys to a successful organization, in my experience.One of my former clients lowered their sickness leave numbers by 3 % units (!) after completed workplace culture process implemented by me as a consultant.
