Simultaneously, applied modern learning principles, theories, and neuropsychology to build a world-class K-8 academic experience which I used with my own two children with an eye on developing lifelong learners and curious, out-of-the box thinkers rather than successful test takers.

Delivered training and on-site support to customers in the food services business unit. Worked closely with the Solutions Department to develop training programs and coordinate site logistics. Delivered Point of Sale (POS) and back office manager training to newly opened quick service locations nationwide. Performed instructor certification (Train the Trainer) for client corporate trainers.

Formerly called Professional Career Development Center (PCDI). Responsible for evaluating all coursework for high school students enrolled in Accounting I and II, Business Writing, Typing, Business English, and Business Law. Rewrote testing criteria and exams for Business English and typing courses.

Supported several departments within the Global Marketing organization, including: Licensing Department - Reviewed licensing requests from outside vendors. Worked closely with the corporate legal department. Assisted with the first Coca-Cola Licensed Merchandise catalog. Corresponded regularly with various Coca-Cola vendors regarding product specifications. Media Department - Worked with the media department regarding TV commercial placement. Created and managed project databases. Generated weekly schedule tracking commercial placement. Interacted with major advertising firms in Atlanta and New York.Packaging Department – Corresponded with international offices regarding all aspects of product appearance.

Researched U.S. hotel market and developed sales plan to target hotels that catered to Japanese guests. Akitory imported dishware directly from Japan for use in restaurants and hotels serving traditional Japanes cuisine.

Set up of the first U.S. office for Japanese chinaware company. Responsibilities included all aspects of importing product into the US from Japan, selecting and setting up office computer system, designing Atlanta showroom, and hiring additional employees.
