I'm an inspirational & practical coach who's deeply interested in people - in organisations and as individuals. This interest has lead me to get in touch with different kind of organisations, having quite good overview of people issues and especially different ways of working towards the common goal. I believe that when we as individuals grow the company will get more profit from our work. My own experience working at different Finnish companies for more than 23 years helps me to understand different kind of company cultures and people working there.I'm also a certified Thomas-analyze user.
