Member of the Young Sourcing Executive (YSE) trainee program. Within two years the Young Executive realizes 2-4 projects within several organizations (private or public area). The Young Executive will get a grounded perception of the similarities and differences between various companies. During the execution of the projects, the focus will not only be on the results but also on the development of the competencies.

At Ttif, formerly known as Hudson, my job as casemanager included being responsible for managing the absence through illness for different kind of private organizations of various sizes. Through the process I had to communicate on different levels to give a proper and an integral advice. These levels were for example managers, supervisors and employees. Furthermore I developed commercial skills by performing tasks like acquisition, evaluating de cooperation and getting acquainted with possible new clients. I also wrote evaluation reports in which organizations got an image of their absence processes. Along with these findings I wrote an advice of how to improve these procedures.
