I held several positions of increasing responsibility in IT and, later, Corporate Finance. My experience ranged from supporting a $200M brand P&L to managing a global audit team. Highlights included successfully bringing global SG&A expenses in line with industry through eliminating non-value added work steps, reducing headcount and transferring lesser skilled functions to emerging markets. I also led a procurement and disbursement transformation that resulted directly in $1.6M of incremental cash and operating income while convincing recalcitrant upper management team to allow major process changes. As a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Greenbelt, I led several high profile projects including a project that eliminated 1M sheets of paper annually, a project that uncovered $60k of previous undetectable billing errors, and a project that reduced customer service calls by 40% resulting in $200k annual savings.A dense and meaningful experience at a young age!
