𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭: • Develop and maintain all websites and social networking sites owned by the company • Enhance and maintain the Collarfinder Management System • Responsible for backing-up of all company files and data in cloud • In charge to keep and protect all accounts & company credentials • Resolve internal technical issues in both hardware and software (e.g. email issues, laptops, printer, and WIFI trouble-shooting)𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 & 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: • Create company ID, certificates, profile and proposals • Design graphics, brochures, business cards, flyers, logos and promotions for marketing purposes • Create social media calendar for company postings • Responsible for creating daily ads and captions for all social media posting of the company • Develop concept and storyboard for video advertisements • Create video ads and animation video for company services𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: • Support the recruitment team in doing end-to-end recruitment • Conduct sourcing, paper screening and candidate endorsements in order to achieve the sales target • Help to create and develop internal process to achieve the sales target with regards to IT.
