Industrial service and project management professional with team manager experience. Versatile background in global environment (Metso Minerals, Extron Engineering, Element Group, Co-Engineering) and with multicultural people. Different projects have always been my passion. Various tasks with professionals of different areas keep my mind sharp and give me a possibility to learn new every day.Success comes with accomplished projects but also the success of the people working with the project. To be able to support colleagues with their work gives me a great feeling. The largest part of my career I have worked in variable and intensive situations in global environment together with engineers, service, purchase, supply chain and sales. My project experience is with assembly projects and order-delivery projects. Assembly projects I have done at Extron Engineering where we had a big project to Sweden for the global paper company and also smaller projects to Finland. I have gained international experience also from Metso Minerals where my last position was in product management. I was working closely with order-delivery project of the machines. In Metso, I worked also a long period in the aftermarket operations which included 2 years period in Sweden as a service manager on Metso Minerals Construction. In Sweden, I used Swedish as my main working language - even though my language skills were not perfect in the beginning of assignment. As a person, I am open minded and a social team player. I can listen but be determined if the situation requires it. Out of the work I'm relaxing with sports, for example playing ice hockey and training in the gym.
