I love being in the people business, helping emerging and seasoned organizational leaders, as well as human resources professionals, improve their lives by • identifying, reducing, and eliminating skill gaps; • changing their mindsets, increasing their capabilities, embracing adaptability; expanding their capacities; and • upgrading their career currency for increased workplace performance, organizational value, and career mobility. 90.29% of my corporate and university students increase their learning outcome-based knowledge and practical workplace skills (based on their pre- and post- training self-assessments). They experience individual growth, help their teams develop, and lead their organizations to shift. Corporate education should be a transformational experience. I help organizations plan for successful results, leveraging learning and development to engage, train and retain their most valuable assets, employees. Deliverables include a needs assessment, curriculum design, course development (face-to-face, blended or online), assessment of learning, post-training insights, and recommendations. Engaging others in the workforce and community, as a learning and development professional, adjunct faculty member, consultant, author, researcher and speaker continues to be a humbling experience. Impacting learners from more than eleven countries, and having training curricula in North America, Asia, Africa, and Europe is a privilege. The experiences gained over the last 20 years through curriculum development, instructional design, training and development projects, researching, writing, coaching, mentoring, consulting, speaking, teaching and (most important) learning “with” others have provided me with the opportunity to support individuals, small businesses, corporations, school districts, healthcare organizations, government agencies, churches, business associations, colleges, and universities. My work history and volunteer experiences in supply chain management, retail, and non-profit organizational structures instilled a strong work ethic, servant leadership values, and the ability to work among diverse people ‘n’ teams with similar and different points-of-views which color all aspects of my life, including work.
