Recruited business partners to help juniors and seniors in high school get exposure to the real world doing real-life projects, hand-ons experential learning, connections to professionals in a career they think they want to enter, soft skills development, career planning for high demand/high skilled jobs in the region and college-level internships. My role is to support disruptive education that was started in the Blue Valley Schools CAPS program. The CAPS model is the future of education where industry and education come together for the benefit of the community. I am also a resource for the Business Accelerator in Northland CAPS that was started in 2019.

Implemented best practices, initiated sustainability initiatives, coached in-country sales teams, implemented and executed joint-business plans and conducted core principle/culture training for Wal-Mart/Sam's Club. Lead consultant to the GE Sales and Leadership Teams in fifteen countries. Coached GE India team using the "New Country Launch Model" template developed by myself, four Wal-Mart multi-national suppliers and the Vice-President of Wal-Mart International Merchandising. Coached numerous multi-national suppliers on how to build global power teams in countries outside the US where Wal-Mart/Sam's Club were establishing footprints.

Recruit business partners that provide mentors, speakers, guest instructors, help with curriculum, provide real-life projects, summer internships and/or become investors in the program. Strands include: Business, Engineering, Bioscience and Human Services. Another deliverable of this position is to secure funding for equipment, supplies and professional training for the instructors to keep this facility cutting edge. This position also secures summer internships for the students and works with universities to obtain letters of endorsements to complement letters we have received from industry. This program is the future of education and hopefully more school districts will replicate this model in their community. We need to prepare students for the rest of their lives and not how to take tests.

Grew business from $60 million to $400 million by developing and executing an annual strategic business plan. Established a breakthrough $8 million direct import distribution program, which expanded into core business growth strategy at GE. Developed a high performance global power team that grew from two to a cross-functional team consisting of a Global Team Leader, Key Account Managers, Analysts, Category Manager, International Manager, Supply Chain staff and Administrative support. Executed an exclusive global license agreement with Wal-Mart and GE on small appliance products.
