Position Overview: Successfully manage all aspects of Company’s Design and Estimation of all retail locations, including supervision of two field estimators. Develop scope of work to include material specs for projects, Generate and Manage bid packages sent to General Contractors and Sub Contractors and negotiate final Budgets. Coordinate with Architects and Engineers to obtain permits for approximately 15 stores monthly with a 18 million dollar budget. Responsible for managing store maintenance and remodels. • Review and approve proposals and purchase orders to ensure proper pricing, accurate scope of work and budget compliance.• Source and identify General Contractors/Sub Contractors for all store locations.• Maintain and monitor budget and expenses for signage, fit-out and remodels. Manage store maintenance issues that exceed set costs.• Design Interior and Exterior layout and appearance to comply with company policy using AutoCAD, CS2, MS Publisher, and Adobe suite.

Position Overview: Responsible for contractors and all activities on site for single-family, Commercial, and Marine projects. Schedule, monitor, and inspect all work from start to customer orientation.• Maintain budgets, process invoices, and control overhead costs.• Select all vendors and sub contractors for projects. Insure there compliance with scope of work.• Monitor bids and streamline bidding process to ensure cost effective cost for services received.• Meet with clients to design projects to comply with needs and expectations.• Served as a HR and Safety coordinator for the company.

Position Overview: Responsible for 14 acre 375 slip Marinas’ Maintenance and upgrades. Overseen all subcontractors, maintenance personnel, and served as Safety officer for the company. Reported directly to the CEO of the Corporation.• Over see daily operation of a Large Marine with 375 tenants. • Responsible for Personal Management of 45 employees. • Safety and Human Resources Coordinator, OSHA certified. Created and implemented a safety program to comply with current standards • Overseen a 3.1 Million dollar project in facilities upgrades in conjunction with federal and state government organizations.• Coordinate with vendors and Sub Contractors to comply with schedule and budget.
