My role was to lead the Research function at CoreLogic NZ, uncovering and sharing insights with clients, the media and the public so they gain a greater understanding of what is really driving the property market.As a member of the exec leadership team I also helped lead and guide the CoreLogic NZ business through constant change, seeing the business grow from 20 to 150 people through growth and acquisition.Over ten years I built the research function from the ground up, collecting, creating, enhancing and automating a myriad of property and economic datasets and analyses.I significantly raised the bar on meaningful property market information and how this is shared. The development and use of our buyer classification analysis is a particular highlight.
