I am, at the very core, a problem solver.There was a guy on a TV show, MacGyver, who was my absolute hero growing up. His resourcefulness, cool-headedness in the face of adversity and ability to quickly adapt and thrive in any situation were all traits I championed from a very young age.I improvised and used what little resources we had available to build and upgrade the sound system at my local church; to lead an inexperienced but passionate crew into creating one of Sydney’s premier specialty coffee bars; to create an automated digital signage solution at a small business spanning multiple sites. Whether it comes to staff or equipment, I have come to realise there is no such thing as "unlimited resources". No matter the industry, I love pushing the limits of what can be done and maximising the potential of what is already there, especially when it is in service of a clear vision and goal set before me.I am presently heading Australia’s leading advocacy group for electric Personal Mobility Devices (PMDs), uniting businesses and owners of electric scooters, electric skateboards, EUCs, OneWheels and other such devices, in order to drive legislative changes across all states and help grow this burgeoning industry.
