Softwerx is a proactive technology consulting company focused on designing, implementing and managing information technology that improves organisational efficiencies. My core competencies are developing cloud strategies for a range of organisations and using a blend of technologies from Office365 through to private cloud services. I have a great insight into Microsoft Dynamics CRM (xRM) and how this can be leveraged to drive an organisations sales, marketing and service focus.

My day to day role consists of migration of NT4 domains to Windows 2003 (including exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003), together with management and maintenance of Citrix, Terminal Services, Veritas Backup Exec, Nortel Switches, Cisco Routers, Clearswift Mailsweeper, Websense, ISA Server, MS SQL server, and various other products. I also offer third line support and assistance to the European and US helpdesks when required.
