Hi there, thank you for viewing my profile! My professional story has taken place over the last 9 years working in predominantly retail environment but having the management and admin skills to make me just as effective in an office environment. My career started at Asda when I was 17, just a weekend sales assistant and that led me to then step up to a team leader which was my first management opportunity. I worked here in total for just under 3 years managing a team of 10-15 and then after a restructure in the company left for Savers. Initially I worked at Savers as an assistant manager for around 1 year learning lots more management skills in budget retail with a large focus on loss prevention. From here I then carried forward my sales knowledge to a call center and then into safestore which was half an office job and half a retail job, this helped further my skills in administration and sales. Then it was back to Savers for the past 3 years where I worked my way up to store manager and being responsible for the entire store and staff, at peak times 20 members of staff. I did lots in this job from admin to payroll to coaching and had lots of staff progress from sales assistants to supervisors, I am now seeking my next opportunity!
