Since joining WT Parker I have worked on many different sites throughout the UK, cable installation being the main part of the job but also working alongside the cable jointers, electricians and groundsmen. MoD sites, canary wharf cross rail project, Barclays call centres, water treatment plants and solar farms are our main areas of work. The use of rigging and lifting equipment for the installation of large LV and HV cables was needed throughout many different sites across the UK. Trench work to installations up to 25m high as well as working with renewable energy sites in Cornwall on a 22kw solar farm.
