I worked on a Multibillion Pound Project dealing with policyholders either part of the CGNU Life or CULAC funds. Policyholders would be able to choose whether they wanted to receive a cash payment in return for giving up their right to receive any possible future payouts from other funds' such as the ‘inherited estates’* - or whether they wanted to stay put. This consisted in a number of variety responsibilities; answering product and service questions from policyholdes; suggesting information about other products and services. Resolving product and service problems through customer complaints. this was done through determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and then following up to ensure resolution.Finally preparing product and service MI customer reports.
