• Review and track submitted material (scripts/pitches) and coordinate withthe development team.• Manage senior management diaries and inboxes, prioritising andresponding to emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining records etc.• Utilised various applications to ensure the smooth day to day running of theproduction company (MS Office, Company Dropbox Account, Final Draft,Vimeo etc.)• Work alongside the Development team to provide logistic andadministrative support, ensuring the smooth running of entiredevelopment/ production process.• Minute taking during development meetings and writing rooms, oftencontributing personal & creative thoughts and ideas, in the interest of thecompany's projects• Contribute to casting lists and assisting development team in puttingtreatments/pitch decks together.• Track new and upcoming talent and refer to the development teamaccordingly.• Book scouting and reporting, including rights ownership/availability ofoption, sales (Domestic/International) and potential for adaptation.
