I have over 14 years experience in broadcast television, working for companies such as Flextech, NBC Universal and Sony Pictures Entertainment. In this time I've been part of numerous channel launches transmitting for both the UK and abroad. I've also worked across two major Operations projects that launched Media Asset Management systems throughout both companies. The second of these at Sony, I was integral in developing the workflow that would make up the majority of the functionality used in a system that has been rolled out globally. People management has also been a fundamental part of my career. I have enjoyed and thrived in management roles, taking on the responsibility for hiring and growing both Traffic and QC teams. This is something I feel very comfortable with and would like to continue with. My last role was in Digital Client Services for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. This gave me great experience in the world of film distribution, working across many territories and delivering to customers such as Amazon, iTunes, Google and SKY. Meeting global deadlines and understanding the needs of customers were fundamental parts of the role, and I very much enjoyed working under these pressures.
