I started finishing back in 2010. I've worked in 3 different finishing departments since, but been with number 3 (USAM DC), for over 8 years. I worked 5 years at USAM DC before taking over the role of GOD, I mean Finish Department Manager, and have greatly reduced costs, trained helpers into finishers, and I'm constantly making new connections and relationships with other companies, whether they are competitor's, venders, or sister companies. Asking for help isn't easy, so I believe in helping anyone who needs it, with the hope that they'll be there when i need assistance as well. The millwork community is a very skilled one, so every new custom mechanic, finisher, or material handler met, is another resource that can be used to help us get the job DONE!
