Key Role: Lead Business Analyst / SCRUM MasterRoles & Responsibilities:- Working with a large UK retailer, continuing to build on a long-term client relationship by delivering quality solutions to support the extension of a 5+ year eCommerce enhancement project including over 70 major releases- Lead Business Analyst on SAP Hybris Commerce enhancements project-Producing detailed user stories to support product owner, developer, testing and business user processes- Detailing technical and functional documentation of eCommerce solution- Creating and maintaining system integration interface documentation- Maintaining high-levels of quality through User Acceptance Testing management- Interfacing between product owners, developers and application managed services- Facilitating client workshops across multiple eCommerce departments- Delivering user platform training for eCommerce teams, onsite and remotely- Employing recognised business analysis techniques to document business process workflows and identify areas of improvement- Contributing project and enhancement ideas to support product owner’s backlog and adding value to the end product while refining backlog- SCUM Master management of developers and in-sprint work to support project delivery- Owning and managing sprint ceremonies with nearshore and offshore teams- Mentoring junior business analysts, developers and ops unit- Assisting with project commercials and reporting

Key Role: WebOps EngineerRole & Skills:- Managed support services for top UK retail client- Providing 24/7 support for Production system and managing response to real-time issues/alerts- Root causing functional and technical issues in Production system- Proactively identifying and resolving issues- Detailed technical understanding of SAP Commerce system - Experience in system integration, managing FTP/SFTP integrations and experience with Microsoft BizTalk- Strong understanding of web security and system performance- Experience in linux administration of application servers- Knowledgeable in database management and SQL language

Key Role: Systems Integration TesterRoles & Skills:- Familiarisation with eCommerce projects, software development lifecycles and testing strategies- Experience in SIT, UAT, Performance and Functional Testing- Proactive management of project defects, prioritising development and retesting- Experienced in API testing using Postman client tool- Managing suites of test cases for extended test teams- Black-box testing solutions from acceptance criteria through to pre-deployment sanity checks
