I am responsible for leading the marketing, digital communications, alumni and development strategy, and for managing the School’s corporate image. I also sit on the school's Senior Management Team (SMT).I work closely with the Head of Admissions ensuring the journey from parent enquiry to pupil’s first day is positive, efficient and child-centred. I also create and collate content, plan and manage events, work with international agents to sell short and immersive stays, and promote other commercial activities.

I had overall responsibility for the marketing and communication of the school. I also sat on the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT), leading the communication and compliance response to crises. This included helping to manage the school's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I managed the advertising, branding, organising events and fundraising, sponsorship, exploring external partnerships. I also supported the Admissions Officer with admissions, leading on Admissions for the 23-24 academic year due to illness. I oversaw the design and maintenance of the school website and the school's social media channels, supporting other staff with their digital presence. I also managed alumnae, partnership building, fundraising and community relations.

I was responsible for running the organisation day-to-day, working below the Director, including line managing the sales and marketing teams. I also led on the branding and marketing strategy for the National Youth Film Academy and had overall responsibility for all events - including the popular two week short courses in London.

Main duties of the job involved deputising for the manager on the delivery of all projects and the day-to-day running of the business. I also handled the media and PR for the company, including maintaining the website, working with the local press and exploring social media opportunities.
