As a member of the core Senior team my responsibilities include:To support the Senior Pastor with preaching and teaching at Central and all other Renewal locations.To oversee and line manage Equip, Youth and Young Adults leaders and teams.To oversee the work of training and equipping existing and future leaders including staff development training.To contribute to the overall pastoral care provided by the church.To work with the Trustees and Operations manager as required in matters relating to the strategic development, running and governance of the Charity.Help oversee safeguarding arrangements and practice.

Responsibilities: • On the senior Leadership Team of a 1000 Sunday attendance church, community and conference centre with responsibilities to assist in the everyday running of the organisation and key role in the creative implementation of new initiatives and strategies.• Founder of Live-Live! Youth Ministry – with the oversight of the current Youth Pastor and his future development.• Team training, recruitment and ongoing development of teams for both responsibility areas• Management of budgets• Key developer of partner organisations • Conference Speaker and communicator including opening speaker for Elim Bible Week 2011, The Gathering main session 2013 and conferences such as Battlefield, Precious, Candyshop, Infuse, River Camp, Midnight Oil, Frontline; aswell as many church and organisation weekends away, leadership training and specialist sessions.• Child Protection Co-ordinator• Community fund raiser and sponsorship• Led, managed and officiated weddings, funerals, family dedications• Organise and lead national, regional and local events• Marketing of brochures, sponsorship and international connections- Previous Chair of Governors at Nelson Primary School- Member of the Key Individual Network for West Midlands Police- Current National team member for S4G (Elim's national youth department)- Hamstead Hall Sixth Form guest lecturer- Rise Up (Youth Ministry course at Regents Theological College) guest lecturer- Aston University guest lecturer
