I began employment overseeing the city consultant and was responsible for planning and design of temporary facilities including road network to accommodate 100,000 workers, Security scoping and design for both construction and operation to ensure security of all within the 110km2 site, intake and reject lines and pumping station to supply seawater to contractor facilities, STP design and effluent outfall to RO reject lines, initiation of a Land use permit strategy in coordination with the geographic information system (GIS team).During this time I was also heavily involved in the initial Master plan development for the Jazan Economic City and review and sign off of the preliminary scoping paper which is produced by Saudi ARAMCO’s facilities planning department and is an integral part of hand over to the project management team to execute the project.I then moved on to site where I am responsible for management of the contracts which I had developed.
