CurrentIn my current role, I developed the eLearning program and manage the Litmos learning management system for this manufacturer of polyethylene fusion machines with 600+ employees. I develop custom learning paths, create training documentation, author SCORM courses & assets, develop manufacturing standards, design training aids, and manage vendor contracts and training libraries.. Key Contributions:• Implemented new Learning Management System from scratch to fully functional system with 350+ learners in < 9 months; generated original content and sourced 3rd-party content from OpenSesame, Lynda.com, WorkForge, and independent contractors. • Created eLearning materials on industrial skills building, human resources, safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and HazCom. • Developed testing materials for applicant and employee assessments, created scripts, and maintained up-to-date data on overall training and trainer performance. • Forged partnership with Tulsa Tech to conduct on-site training for Machinists, Welders, and Assemblers; leveraged state program that covered $15,000+ in training expenses. • Created new formal industrial training program from scratch for 200+ technical employees, covering machining, assembly, material handling, and shipping. • Established SOPs on training, electronic materials distribution, storage, maintenance, and informational databases.
