Store Manager
CurrentThroughout my employment with Amazon I gained strong experience in driving sales, team development, management, reporting and communication. I also gained an in-depth understanding of KPI’s, sales and conversion reports and how to analyze and deliver feedback to the team and Regional Managers, as well as liaising with head office in regards to more specific operations. Furthermore, I was responsible for all HR activities including the full recruitment process, developing employees, rostering and following disciplinary processes. A key focus was developing a high-performance sales culture and future leaders through coaching, live feedback, accountability and leading by example. Managed complex stock processing procedures and executed five stocktakes for the business.My first role with Amazon was managing the outlet in Dress-Smart. Additional roles during my time include six months managing Amazon Northlands during a mall and store refit, three months secondment as dual Store Manager for Amazon Outlet Dress-Smart and Quiksilver Outlet New Brighton and 5 months managing the South Island flagship Amazon in Westfield Riccarton. My last role with Boardriders was managing the Quiksilver Outlet in New Brighton. In addition to the day-to-day operations of these positions, I have executed managers' inductions, provided support and training to other managers and stores and completed multiple stock takes. Transitioned through a business integration of companies from the Billabong Group to Boardriders.
