At Thermo Tents Ltd, we design and develop insulated tents. Our tents are both thermally insulated, to help prevent temperature spikes, and acoustically insulated to muffle noise transfer in and out of the tents. I was responsible for Instructing clients in various activities such as High Ropes, giant swing, zip wire, gorge walking, laser combat games and team building. I had to maintain the safety of all clients throughout activity sessions whilst also making it an enjoyable experience. I was involved in the meeting and greeting of clients and the supervision of residential groups at all times. I was also tasked with office duties as and when required

It was my responsibility to ensure that both the staffing and budget were under control. I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the centre. My role also involved training new staff and keeping current staff at an appropriate level as well as running all the activities the site had to offer. I was in charge of dealing with new enquiries and sales, solving staff or customer problems and maintaining a high level of customer service.
